My name is Abeeha Farooq, and I’m a senior majoring in Medical Anthropology at the University of Washington. My interest in biology education research stems from my strong background in science group work and my curiosity about how students make sense of complex ideas. I’ve always been fascinated by why certain learning approaches resonate with some individuals but not others, and this research allows me to explore that process. Outside of research, I enjoy hiking and exploring new places with friends and family.
